ANSWER: A User Account offers you a variety of interactive opportunities: • Create and manage fundraising web pages • Update your contact information • Obtain information available only to website users

2. What are User Groups?
ANSWER: A User Group participates in the same activities such as: • A-T CureTeam: Participants of one or more of our Marathons & Races • Just Me for A-T: Individuals who want online fundraising capabilities • Giving Circles: Individuals who want a monthly giving donors in honor of an A-T patient

3. Can I belong to more than one User Group?
ANSWER: YES! You just need to register for each group separately.

4. Do I need a different User ID and Password for each Group?
ANSWER: NO! Each individual can have only ONE ACCOUNT with ONE USER ID AND PASSWORD.

5. What if I forget my User ID and Password?
ANSWER: The Login page provides a link that will automatically email you your User ID and a link to reset your password.
