$3900 All Inclusive Destination Weekend Package

-OR- $600 normal A-T CureTeam minimum

Entry fees includes: 

• Race registration fee - value up to $225

• Personal fundraising web page

• Ticket to the Carbo Luau Dinner

• Kauai shirt/goody bag/medal

• Discounted hotel rates at the Sheraton and the Hyatt from 8.28-9.11

• A-T race shirt, goody bag & A-TCP medal

$3900 Inclusive Minimum also includes:

 • Coach airfare from either the U.S. or Canada

 • 3 nights hotel: 2 A-T CureTeam members per room

 • Fundraising Minimum Cancellation Date: June 10, 2010 deadline to cancel your $3900 fundraising commitment, forfeit your race entry, and all weekend activities.
